Here, our objective was to create a family home that was as beautiful as the picturesque hill view that accompanied it at the rear of the property.  We achieved this with a full internal refurbishment, a loft conversion and a double storey, stepped rear extension. New mechanical and electrical systems were installed along with underfloor heating on the lower and ground floor. 

 

To accentuate the hill view at the rear of the property, the rear patio is a contemporary build with a glass balustrade. A cosy dining room has also been provided so you can feat on the view as well as your meal.
