New flats, Sutton & Croydon

Victoria Courts   

This was an extensive new build project to create 7 fully self-contained flats on the site of a mixed use unit once it had been demolished by the client. These flats were for the rental market and were rented out during construction. The design of the block of flats was in keeping with the style of buildings around it. The ground floor sports two bay windows that make good use of the natural light.

 The project did not just include the building of the block but also involved the construction of the outside areas including the car park at the rear of the block.
